September marks the 30th anniversary of the opening of the HCMC History Museum, which today has evolved into the Hennepin Healthcare History Center. We’re proud to preserve and share the 137-year history of our great public hospital and the related hospitals that came before in the Elliot Park neighborhood. Join us to celebrate this milestone. View our special exhibit Healing from the Ground Up: The Hospitals of Elliot Park. Enjoy a short presentation on Hennepin Healthcare’s exciting plans for the HCMC campus. Celebrate with us as we honor our past, recognize our donors, and look to the future.

10:15 am – Recognition and presentation
11:00 am - Optional neighborhood walking tour, weather permitting.
Attendance is free but we ask that you register so we can plan accordingly. Feel free to ask family members, friends or colleagues to join you. We look forward to seeing you.
Complimentary parking in our underground garage, entrance on Park Avenue between 8th and 9th Streets. Parking entrance is at 821 Park Avenue on Park Avenue between 8th and 9th Streets. Take elevator to the first floor for the event.
