Commitment to Patient-Centered Care
“I believe that a safe, genuine relationship between therapist and client is vital. I strive for a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to therapy rooted in a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens. With this, I prioritize understanding and respecting an individual’s context, identities, culture, experiences, etc.—and I aim to flexibly apply evidence-based therapies to meet their needs.”
