Clinical expertise

Mandy is a midwife and nurse and specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, and well-person care. She has a clinical interest in family planning, lactation, public health, and health promotion.  She has practiced at Hennepin Healthcare since training there as a student midwife, and feels honored to provide care to families with this amazing group of midwives. Mandy works with the Hennepin midwives, studies maternal mortality, and is a part time school nurse. She is active in several local and national professional communities, and an ardent supporter of the midwifery model of care.
