Clinical expertise

Colleen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker by the Minnesota Board of Social Work with over 25 years' experience in medical social work. Colleen is a strong advocate for individuals affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI). She specializes in working with diverse patient populations, from adolescents to adults, one-on-one, families and groups. Colleen offers psychosocial supportive counseling, TBI-related psycho-education and community agency referrals.  She provides clinic-to-school communication that aims to promote adaptation from injury and enhance daily functioning after a TBI.

Colleen earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Augsburg College.
