I care for patients in the pediatric intensive care unit as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the goal of supporting children and families through an often challenging experience of critical illness."

Clinical expertise

Dr. Hansen is board-certified in general pediatrics and board-eligible in pediatric critical care. He specializes in the care of critically ill children in the pediatric intensive care unit. He has a special interest in improving the quality of patient care and supporting efforts that avoid patient harm while they are being cared for in the hospital.
