Dr. Mitchell is originally from Pennsylvania, where she graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She then completed a psychiatry residency at Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California. At Hennepin Healthcare, she practices at the Outpatient Adult Psychiatry Clinic, as well as the ECT service.
