Dr. Avula is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Endocrinology. He completed his Endocrinology fellowship from University of Minnesota. He cares for patients with diabetes as well as thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary disorders. He has a special interest in thyroid, thyroid cancer and performs thyroid biopsies.
