Clinical Expertise

Dr. Fosu is board-certified in Surgery by the American Board of Surgery with advanced fellowship training in Trauma and Surgical Critical Care from the Yale School of Medicine. He provides comprehensive clinical care for patients in both emergent and elective settings, treating a wide variety of surgical diseases from traumatic injuries, emergency surgical conditions, critical illness, and non-acute surgical disease. He has a special interest in acute care surgery (trauma, emergency general surgery, and surgical critical care) as well as elective general surgery utilizing minimally invasive approaches to treatment.
